Proud Mary Theatre Company returns to the live stage this summer after a 16-month Covid-19 hiatus with our first in-person production of The Laramie Project by Moisés Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Project

This outdoor theatre production about the murder of gay college student Matthew Shepard in 1998 in Laramie, Wyoming will be a Covid-free event with socially distanced seating in Spartanburg.

The Laramie Project, directed by Ben Dawkins, runs July 16-24, 2021and features a number of returning cast members from our October 2020 filmed production.

The cast of The Laramie Project 2021 is:

Laura Bunn, Schuyler Carson-Jackson, Robin Cheezum, Quinn Davis, Doug Egge, Samantha Eyler, Jalen Gray, Najee Joyner, Robert Penninger, and Audrey Waldrop.

Ashley Zimmerman will return as Stage Manager and Bill West-Davis is lighting designer.
